The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Software Engineer in Des Moines, IA to help build and improve the software powering our business. You’ll work hands-on across the full development lifecycle, from writing code to shaping how our systems talk to each other.

Responsibilities include designing and developing solutions from requirements, delivering high-quality applications, and maintaining integrations with third‑party platforms as our tech stack grows.

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• No travel required.

What You’ll Do

• Own Quality — Run QA testing, coordinate end‑user testing, and make sure what you build actually works before it ships.
• Manage Your Work — Provide time estimates for projects and keep your supervisor in the loop on progress.
• Document as You Go — Keep clear records of needs, issues, and solutions so the whole team benefits from your work.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of related experience
