We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team focused on manufacturing automation and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, industrial communication protocols, and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy software components for manufacturing automation and control systems.
Collaborate with operations engineers, system architects, and plant operators to deliver robust solutions.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and detailed project plans.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Maintain and enhance existing codebases to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including software designs, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or C++.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems (e.g., OPC UA), and Modbus protocols.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., UDP/TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP).
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
