What You’ll Do

• Build the Agent’s Operating System: design and develop a platform that manages workflows, long‑term memory, and human feedback loops.
• Engineer the Data Engine: architect a lake‑house data and signal platform, build pipelines and ML serving systems for real‑time decision signals.
• Create World‑Class Tools for AI: develop secure Python sandbox, data manipulation, and API integration tools for agents.
• Ship an Exceptional Product Experience: build customer‑facing chat UI and scalable serving infrastructure for 24/7 availability.
• Bring Models to Life: collaborate with data scientists on MLOps infrastructure to train, fine‑tune and deploy reasoning models.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a passion for clean, scalable code.
• Product‑mindfulness and a focus on delivering delightful user experiences.
• Systems‑level thinking and the ability to design for scalability, reliability, and extensibility.

Bonus Points

• Data Engineering: ETL/streaming pipelines, Spark, Airflow, dbt, or lake‑house architecture.
• Machine Learning: ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) or MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubernetes, serving systems).
• Agentic AI / LLMs: hands‑on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, or building RAG systems.
