Work Environment

The work environment combines office space, manufacturing areas, and testing laboratories, giving engineers direct access to physical products throughout design, qualification, manufacturing, testing, and support. The setting is hands‑on and engineering‑focused, emphasizing the development of real aerospace and avionics products rather than purely internal software or IT systems. Engineering and manufacturing operate under one roof, allowing close collaboration with hardware, test, and production teams and enabling engineers to see the full impact of their work from concept through production. The role is based in South Florida, offering a local aerospace opportunity with exposure to embedded software, firmware, hardware, test, and manufacturing disciplines.
