Enterprize Software in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced software engineer with active TS/SCI clearance to design, develop, and test complex data-driven applications. You will work in a collaborative team to translate client requirements into functional features and maintain best practices across the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, cloud/DevOps familiarity, and strong testing and documentation habits, with in-person collaboration in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Active learner and team experience designing durable solutions.
• Significant experience writing and testing code in Java or Python.
• Ability to implement complex solutions independently.
• Quick learner of new technologies and convert concepts into prototypes.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and solution design.
• Experience with data sources (structured or unstructured).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps tooling.
• Software development best practices including automated testing, version control, and build automation.
• Ability to write user stories, test cases, and expected results.
• Experience testing, debugging, implementing, maintaining complex software.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Java or Python, Linux and Bash, Git, SQL databases, Jenkins or equivalent deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Security clearance: TS/SCI with an appropriate agency polygraph is required.
• Required technical skills include programming in Java or Python, Linux and advanced Bash scripting, Git or equivalent version control, SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or RDS, and deployment pipelines such as Jenkins or equivalent.

This is an in-person role, and the compensation range is $160,000 to $280,000 per year.
