Software Engineer

MH Corbitt Consulting is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a mission-focused team in Chantilly, Virginia. The ideal candidate is a collaborative full-stack developer with strong front-end expertise, experience working in Agile environments, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required at the time of application)
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications using:
  • Angular
  • Node.js
  • JavaScript
  • Bootstrap and/or Angular Material
  • HTML, CSS, and HTTP/browser technologies
• Experience with the ElasticSearch ELK Stack
• Proficiency using GitHub for source code management
• Experience with unit testing and writing maintainable, testable code
• Working knowledge of Jira
• Experience using Confluence for technical documentation
• Ability to participate in Agile development activities, including:
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Technical discussions and design reviews
  • Sprint retrospectives
• Experience collaborating directly with customers in both scheduled meetings and ad hoc technical sessions
