Recruyt in the United States is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the highly technical, high-ownership bridge between our client and its customer hardware environments. You will embed with customers, write production-grade code, and build deep partnerships at the engineering level to ensure successful deployments.
The role combines software, firmware, and hardware integration, with a strong emphasis on hands-on field work, field feedback, and direct impact on product roadmaps.
Our client is revolutionizing the way the world's most critical hardware is controlled across aerospace, automotive, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Their next generation software stack combines an intuitive command/control interface, a specialized programming language tailored for hardware control, and a high-performance runtime environment. They empower engineers to build, test, and deploy critical systems rapidly, reliably, and safely.
The Role
Forward Deployed Engineers are our client's most embedded technical presence with customers. You'll be the person who brings our client's technology to life-showing up at customer sites, integrating their platform with customer hardware, writing code alongside engineering teams, and building the kind of deep technical partnerships that make customers successful long-term.
You'll write the code and build the systems that connect our client's platform to the missions their customers run across aerospace, automotive, energy, and manufacturing driving significant impact across major industries. What you learn in the field comes back to directly shape our client's product roadmap.
This is not a support role. It's a highly technical, high-ownership position at the intersection of software engineering and business strategy.
