Job description

Buffalo Manufacturing Works, operated by EWI, is a one-of-a-kind center for advanced manufacturing focused on developing, maturing, and implementing new technologies that have an impact on the clients we work with and the communities in which they live. Located in Buffalo, New York, we are dedicated to building a nationally-recognized hub of manufacturing innovation and are looking for smart, passionate, entrepreneurial, inventive, and driven people to help us achieve this goal.We are looking for an experienced, full stack software engineer to design, build, and help own the software systems that connect and control our advanced manufacturing platforms. This role will work on systems involving industrial networking and communications and will have significant influence over software architecture decisions. The successful candidate will be someone with a proven, professional track record who we can trust to make sound architectural calls and see them through to a well-implemented result.EWI’s Data science group acts as turbo charger for EWI’s innovation engine.
