This is an on-site role based at our office, with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week.

Join our Development Team and help drive the digital transformation of our proprietary administration systems. You'll design, architect, and implement solutions that power our customer-facing platforms, from the core database to the user interface. AI is now woven into how our team works every day. We use Claude and similar tools to move faster, and we care a great deal about doing it well. We want people who can wield these tools productively while keeping the resulting code safe, well-understood, and maintainable over the long haul. Knowing how to prompt is easy. Knowing what to keep, what to rewrite, and what to never ship is the skill we value.

In this role, you'll:
