Job summary

GLG is seeking a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Product Engineering group in Austin. You will develop, test, and maintain web applications, collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

An ideal candidate has strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and RESTful APIs, plus familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and AI toolsets.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
  • Hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development practices.
  • Experience using Claude, Copilot, Opencode and other AI Toolsets.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of software development principles.
  • Ability to thrive in an iterative product engineering environment and collaborate across teams and disciplines.

Our Product Engineering group is responsible for GLG’s technology platforms that connect GLG’s clients with insights needed to make important business decisions. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with 2-3 years’ experience to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering impactful applications. As a part of our Product Engineering team, you’ll pair with other engineers, product managers, and designers to build and refine high-quality software solutions.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair andequitable compensation practices.Actual compensation is basedon several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depthof experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is:

$80,500—$124,000 USD
