Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field is required.
• Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
• Relevant certifications in Symitar/PowerOn, EWF, .NET, SQL, Java, MuleSoft, Apex, or comparable platforms are preferred for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining computer programs with varying levels of supervision requirements (depending on level).
• Designing, coding, testing, documenting, and maintaining computer programs and code, batch processes, macros, job streams, utilities, reports, integrations, and other routines to ensure they are efficient, error-free, and timely.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning to enable continuity of operations of systems and applications and manage corporate data to ensure access, speed of delivery, ease of use, security, and reliability.

As a Software Development Specialist III, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining computer programs with varying levels of supervision requirements (depending on level).
• Designing, coding, testing, documenting, and maintaining computer programs and code, batch processes, macros, job streams, utilities, reports, integrations, and other routines to ensure they are efficient, error-free, and timely.

Salary Range:

• This is an exempt position. The starting salary range is $106,414-$133,017; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:

• Hybrid Work Schedule
• Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel or travel overnight with or without notice and have the willingness or ability to do so. Could be subjected to on-call status.

Education/Experience:

• A B Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, or related field is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
• Relevant certifications in Symitar/PowerOn, EWF, .NET, SQL, Java, MuleSoft, Apex, or comparable platforms are preferred for all levels.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and have strong relationship-building skills.
