Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced backend engineer to collaborate with Tech Leads, Architecture and Engineering teams to establish technical standards and reusable solutions.

You will identify development bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase engineering productivity and delivery efficiency, and support the evolution of backend architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET and solid experience with scalable backend systems.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools for software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Go (Golang) and Platform Engineering or Developer Experience.
• Background in building AI agents, MCP integrations, workflows, or AI-powered automations.
• Experience in identity solutions, security, or fraud prevention.
