Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Prime Video Personalization team is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a group of SDEs building personalization models and services at scale for the PV Homepage.

You will own the product, user experience, design and technology, guiding roadmaps, technical strategy, and delivery across Tech, Product, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of software engineers to design, implement, and deliver large initiatives for Prime Video Personalization on the PV Homepage.
• Own roadmaps, forward looking technical strategy, and designs for innovative software solutions.
• Bridge across Tech, Product, and business to align on requirements and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product managers and engineers to unblock milestones and ensure timely releases.
