Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI-based recommendation services for Prime Video.
• Build distributed systems to handle high-volume, low-latency personalization experiences.
• Develop tooling to improve efficiency, visibility, and reliability of recommendations.
• Collaborate with scientists, product management, and other teams to enhance discovery and personalization.
• Mentor junior engineers and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions and maintain operational excellence across the team.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
