Software Development Manager (Biologics) - Remote

Job Overview

As the Software Development Manager in a team environment, you will collaborate with Product Management and UX to define and build new features within our Signals portfolio. You will lead a small team of developers to expand our Biologics functionality within the Signals Platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions in alignment with strategic biologics vision, working closely with peers and management.
• Lead a small team of developers.
• Collaborate with UX and Product Management to define features.
• Participate in planning, requirements definition, design discussions, code reviews, and software development.
• Work effectively with team members to deliver quality products to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Software Development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, Java.
• Experience with REST APIs and developing or using them.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices.
• Proven ability to build large-scale, high-availability applications.
• Experience leading small development teams technically.

Desired Skills and Experience

• MS in Biology or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Biologics features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
