Axos Bank in San Diego, CA is seeking an AVP of Software Development to lead architecture and delivery of our digital banking platform, aligning with the product roadmap and schedules.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong architect mindset, managing a portfolio of applications across the enterprise, plus collaboration with IT leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years full-stack .NET experience, leadership experience, and solid API, security, and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ of full-stack .NET development with web applications.
• 4+ years' as a technical lead and/or manager.
• Experience with API development, integration patterns and HTTP services.

As our Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing projects to enhance and improve our digital banking platform, in line with our product roadmap and delivery schedule.
