Manufacturing Systems Engineering (MSE), part of Amazon Leo Prod-Ops, delivers software solutions that improve the speed and quality of Kuiper manufacturing systems. We partner with engineering and production teams to bring reliability and repeatability to our systems, improve throughput, and accelerate production transitions. We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the software systems that power production operations. You will own the technical roadmap, define requirements, and architect solutions that seamlessly integrate software with manufacturing systems. You will collaborate with technology leaders, translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, create rapid prototypes, and guide the implementation of robust and scalable systems. You will leverage AWS cloud services, IoT, data analytics, and other modern technologies to optimize production throughput while enhancing operator safety and efficiency.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
