Qualifications

• Coursework or experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
• Basic understanding of software development, databases, APIs, testing, source control, or agile delivery.
• Ability to break down technical problems, research options, test solutions, and ask effective questions.
• Attention to coding standards, testing accuracy, maintainability, and clear technical documentation.
• Ability to work constructively with developers, analysts, testers, vendors, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coding, configuration, scripts, prototypes, or low‑code solutions based on approved requirements and team standards.
• Prepare test data, execute test cases, document results, and support defect identification, triage, and retesting.
• Participate in discussions with business and technical partners; help document user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution details.
• Maintain development notes, configuration records, support procedures, release documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in team meetings, demonstrations, code or design reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
