The Amazon Devices and Services team designs and engineers high-profile devices and consumer experiences including the best-selling Kindle family of products, offerings such as Amazon Photos and innovative devices like Amazon Echo, Fire tablets, Amazon Fire TV, Echo Show, Echo Spot. How will you help us build software tooling to secure customer experiences and data?
Amazon Devices & Services Trust and Security is looking for a strong software development engineer to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, triage, debug, deploy, maintain, document, and deliver large-scale, highly distributed innovative solutions for securing web applications and services that enable amazing customer experiences on Amazon devices at scale. You will own the design of major security tooling, infrastructure, define development roadmaps, own key deliverables and have opportunities to build them from scratch. You will lead and mentor other talented engineers. You will be responsible for building the best customer experience, keeping latency, security, and usability in mind. You will interact with Product Managers and Designers and convert their vision into a technical solution. You will collaborate with other Software Engineers to guide the team on development best practices and set examples by using them in solutions that you build. This is a high visibility and fast-paced environment where you will make a direct impact on the customer experience and the bottom line of the company. We have ambitious goals to build high impact tooling and to delight our customers with a great product.
