Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Java backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain features for a healthcare fintech application using Java 21 and Spring Boot.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and Product Managers to deliver high-quality software solutions, and you will write unit and integration tests to ensure quality and stability of the codebase—contributing to a compliant, fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 2-4 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Agile methodologies.
