Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new or existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one programming language.
• 3+ years of full SDLC experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with generative AI to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available web services with senior engineers, product managers and business stakeholders.
• Develop and model new planning-related algorithms with research science.
• Convert a problem statement and requirements into a scalable and extendible design with tasks.
• Write quality code as part of implementing designs and deliver them on time.
• Mentor other SDEs and assist in hiring.
