One day you might be helping a vendor onboard their data into the magnificent data pipelines your team built, and the next day you may be advocating for a feature rewrite based on a deep dive analysis you performed. You will be part of making the team your own. We believe in a self-organizing team. As one of the founding members you will help shape team process, outcomes, and goals as part of interactions with Senior Amazon Leadership.
