Software Development Engineer – Embedded Test Automation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded test automation frameworks using Rust, C, and Python.
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for system validation.
• Develop automated tests for firmware, drivers, and low-level components.
• Work with ARM-based processors and software development on ARM.
• Handle bring-up and validation of embedded platforms (bootloaders, BSPs, secure boot).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for embedded software testing and deployment.
• Use Git or Azure DevOps for version control and large-scale project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong programming in Rust, C, and Python.
• Experience with embedded test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with ARM architecture, UEFI, TrustZone, and SoC-level integration.
• Knowledge of firmware development lifecycle and hardware interaction.
• Hands‑on with board bring-up, debugging tools, and lab validation workflows.
