You will build and maintain the automated validation infrastructure (Origami platform) that supports chip verification and validation across multiple engineering teams and hardware platforms — including emulators (ZeBu), virtual platforms (QEMU), and silicon prototypes. In addition, you will design and implement diagnostic tools that enable engineers to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve validation failures across complex hardware/software environments.

  • Develop and improve the Origami platform - a web-based system for test management, resource monitoring, and validation reporting
  • Automate emulator model build and release processes
  • Build dashboards and tooling for real-time visibility into regression results, resource utilization, and failure analysis
  • Manage and improve SLURM-based job scheduling infrastructure for shared compute resources
  • Collaborate with multiple verification and design teams to understand their diagnostic and automation needs
  • Maintain and extend AWS-based infrastructure (EC2, DynamoDB, S3) supporting the validation platform
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of programming experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Experience designing and building developer tools or diagnostic utilities

  • Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, Git)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building test automation frameworks and tools
  • Experience with AWS Services including EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS
  • Experience building diagnostic/analysis tools for hardware or embedded systems
  • Familiarity with SLURM or similar job scheduling systems
  • Experience with web development (React, Node.js) for dashboard/tooling
  • Familiarity with hardware verification/emulation environments
  • Experience with log parsing, failure classification, and root cause analysis tooling
