We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to lead this exciting new innovative program in US. We build the automated products to measure the customer experience and digital products performance on the devices around the world. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying sophisticated engineering systems for measuring customer CX. You will collaborate closely with a team of engineers and scientists to influence our overall strategy, and define the team’s roadmap. You will drive system architecture, spearhead best practices, and mentor junior engineers. You will focus on driving the next wave of innovation to measure the digital experience in terms of latency and quality. You will lead the team to expand the automation with AWS IoT, GenAI, and strive for exposing the visual / audio analytic capability as self-service. You will lead the team to leverage AI and quantitative analysis to challenge conventional wisdom with hard data. Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience - 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field - Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
