Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in San Luis Obispo, CA is recruiting for a Software Engineer to join the Security Platform Engineering team. You will design and implement systems to help security engineers ingest vast data lakes using AWS technologies, building highly available infrastructure and automating deployments.

Work with security engineers across Amazon to protect operations, learn cloud security, and participate in on-call duties while delivering scalable, reliable solutions for partners

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
