Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Software Development Engineer to build ground-based traffic processing pipelines connecting the LEO satellite network to external systems. You will design, implement, test, and operate robust cloud services with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.

Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. In this role as a SDE, you will be part of the core technical team building the ground based traffic processing pipelines for connecting LEO’s satellite network to the external world. This opportunity will afford you an exciting SDE role in Amazon Leo that would enable you to architect and build software from the ground up and drive the engineering culture of the team.

Software Development Engineer at Amazon Leo work on designing networking features with various stakeholders, implementing and testing them on prototype/production environments and delivering solutions with the highest quality. Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
