Are you an SDE looking for an exciting opportunity to work with latest technologies and make a meaningful impact on fulfillment at Amazon? Join the AFT Safety & Compliance (AFT S&C) team.
As a part of the AFT S&C team, you will work on developing systems that identify and describe billions of units of inventory that flow through Amazon's vast network of fulfillment centers and act on those inventory to make sure all inventory Amazon stores, ships and delivers to our customers are compliant.
From optimizing inventory identification and catalog accuracy to serving millions of TPS with the optimal cost and single digit millisecond latencies, our team is at the forefront of solving complex challenges in the world of e-commerce.
You will work with a diverse group of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions that enable Amazon's customers to receive their orders on time, every time.

A day in the life
As an SDE in AFT S&C team, day-to-day you'll work on diverse and challenging tasks like designing new services, raising the bar on scale, reliability and efficiency of our services, collaborating with your team members and cross-functional teams, and training machine learning models to create smarter capabilities in Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
All the work you will do will ensure that Amazon customers receive products that are safe for them to use and have followed fulfillment processes that are safe and compliant for Amazon associates and customers.
