Job summary

Talent Software Services, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, test, and evaluate software and systems.

You will research, build, and test OS-level software, compilers, and network distribution software across diverse applications including medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, and general computing. The role emphasizes developing custom CRM solutions, Power Pages, and pipelines, with a focus on scalable, automatable, and user-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve modifications of existing databases and database management systems.
• Guide staff to write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of databases to management systems.
• Direct database development and approve project scope and limitations.
• Review project requests to estimate time and cost required to accomplish them.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.
• Approve, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems.
• Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use and acquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information.
