ManTech is seeking an experienced software leader to guide the full lifecycle of web and cloud-hosted applications for the 5th Space Launch Squadron. You will drive development priorities, collaborate with customer technical teams, and oversee plans and status reporting.

You will also train users and leaders, improve processes, and provide ongoing application support while ensuring secure, DoD-compliant software delivery and a strong focus on UX and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM discipline or qualifying experience in lieu of education.
• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in DoD or launch/range experience.
• Experience with Vue.js or equivalent, Git, JSON, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, asynchronous programming, UX design, C#, and database management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Guide team priorities, collaborate with customer technical teams, manage development plans and status, improve processes, train users and leaders, and provide ongoing application support.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM discipline, or qualifying experience in lieu of education, plus 8 or more years of software development experience and 3 or more years of DoD or launch/range experience. Candidates need experience with Vue.js or equivalent, Git, JSON, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, asynchronous programming, UX design, C#, and database management, and must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
