Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Software Development Engineer to partner with product and development teams, shaping the CMIS platform that enables nuclear utilities to create design change packages. • Understanding of object‑oriented, event‑driven, and procedural programming paradigms.

About this job

As a Software Development Engineer, you will partner with product and development teams. Your partnership will understand and build the program vision for CMIS (Configuration Management Interface System). CMIS is Westinghouse's platform that enables nuclear utilities to create design change packages.

You will report to the Manager of Software Development. This position is mobile/hybrid based in Cranberry, PA.

No relocation is available. Local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Westinghouse's internal application framework tool in the development of engineering applications.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200 to $86,500 per year.
