Job summary

CuraeSoft is seeking a hands-on Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Flutter/Dart mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will shape technical direction, uphold engineering best practices, and contribute to code quality in an Agile environment.

You will drive end-to-end development, participate in design and reviews, manage releases, and collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and backend Engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Software Developer — Flutter/Dart

About the Role

CuraeSoft is seeking a hands-on Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality mobile applications. This role focuses on building and maintaining the company’s Flutter/Dart applications for iOS and Android while contributing to technical direction, engineering best practices, code quality, and development processes.

You will work across the full mobile application lifecycle, from system design and implementation through testing, release management, and production support. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, and backend Engineers, along with continuous evaluation of Flutter ecosystem tools and development practices within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
• Participate in end-to-end application development, including system design, implementation, code reviews, testing, release management, and production support.
• Manage app release processes, including App Store and Google Play submissions, versioning, phased rollouts, and crash/monitoring triage.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and backend Engineers to translate requirements into high-quality mobile experiences.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and developer tooling for the Flutter codebase.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and automated testing, including unit, widget, and integration testing.
• Proactively identify and communicate technical risks.
• Evaluate Flutter ecosystem tools, packages, and development processes and recommend improvements.
• Establish and promote development best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to improvements in team performance, code quality, and development processes.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior native iOS development experience with Swift.
• Prior native Android development experience with Kotlin or Java.
