Job summary

Bluebird Fiber, a Midwest telecommunications provider, is seeking a Software Developer to translate business needs into scalable software across sales, installation, and customer interactions. You will work with systems integration teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new applications and enhancements.

Responsibilities include server-side Python within MVC frameworks, PostgreSQL data modeling, and Linux system administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT environment.
• 3+ years Linux experience.
• 2+ years Python, JSON and shell scripting.
• 2+ years OO programming: Java or C#.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Salesforce programming is a plus.
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Write server-side Python within MVC framework for data processing.
• Maintain Linux servers, admin tasks, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
