Bluebird Fiber seeks a Software Developer to translate business needs into scalable software across our sales, installation, and customer interactions. You will join the System Integration Teams to design, refine, test, and implement new applications and enhancements while supporting existing systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years IT experience.
• 3+ years Linux experience.
• 2+ years Python, JSON and shell scripting.
• 2+ years OO programming (Java/C#).
• PostgreSQL database experience and administration.
• Salesforce programming: Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Force.com APIs is a plus.
• Web services REST/SOAP development.
• SDLC/Agile/Iterative experience.
• Strong communication; able to explain tech to non-tech stakeholders.
• Telecommunications familiarity is a plus.
• Four-year college degree in CS/Business/related preferred.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, manage scope, and guide developers.
• Write server-side Python code within an MVC framework for data display, persistence, and processing.
• Design data models and use PostgreSQL for persistence.
• Ongoing Linux servers and systems administration, maintenance, and support.
• Participate in requirements analysis, proofs-of-concept, and testing.
• Track issues, bugs, and enhancements; support deployments and end-user training.
• Follow coding standards and perform code reviews.
• Adhere to project plans and timelines; mitigate issues.
