Job Description
We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer to join our Platform Support Team. In this role, you will directly contribute to the day-to-day success of our customers by managing incoming support tickets, fixing bugs, and developing small features that enhance our platform. You will also play a key role in setting up and maintaining EDI integrations with vendors, ensuring smooth and reliable data exchange.
This is a hands-on, customer-impacting role that blends technical problem-solving with collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incoming support tickets from customers and internal teams
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in production systems
- Develop and deploy small features and enhancements based on customer and business needs
- Set up and maintain EDI integrations with vendors (e.g., purchase orders, invoices)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain clear documentation of support processes and integration workflows
- .NET Core API and MVC in C#
- MSSQL
- PHP and ASP Classic VBScript (legacy systems)
- Vue.js
Requirements
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming for the web (e.g., .NET in C#)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a support-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with EDI formats and vendor integration workflows
- Strong understanding of RDBMS, particularly MSSQL
- Ability to work with and modernize legacy codebases
- Familiarity with Vue.js or React
