The duties of the consulting resources include:

1. Create, modify, test, and implement code in support of various systems, including:

• Create/Modify Oracle stored procedures, packages, and triggers to eliminate redundancy and facilitate information sharing between systems; tune SQL queries for performance.
• Modify ASP.Net/.Net Core applications for better integration and a consistent look-and-feel across system functions.
• Perform unit testing of code changes.
• Assist in the timely resolution of production issues.
• Support system re-engineering, modernization, and maintenance using Oracle, Ajax, RESTful APIs, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, .Net Core, C#.

Adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including project management methodology, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards, and IT governance processes.

Software Developer Role: Involved in all phases of software development, from research and design to programming, testing, and implementation.

Experience Levels:

• Expert (84+ months): Capable of guiding large teams or possessing extensive industry experience at the top of their field.

Minimum experience requirements:

• 84 months in Oracle development, PL/SQL (including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, data file generation).
• 84 months in Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming for batch processes and web applications.
• 60 months in Azure DevOps.
• 60 months in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Ajax, Bootstrap, and HTML.
• 84 months in GIT Source Control and TFSVC.
• 48 months in Agile/Scrum Methodology.
