Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field with 7 years of experience.
- IAT I Certification: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP.
- Experience using CAN bus, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, SATA/eSATA, IDE, Thunderbolt, optical interfaces, NFC, GPIO, and analogue/digital I/O.
- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate software updates for lifecycle support of JBPDS software, including Linux transition of LCS.
- Maintain traceability to JBPDS software requirements and perform testing for each revision.
- Update software documentation to reflect revisions.
- Maintain lab JBPDS hardware configurations and perform component swaps and imaging.
- Troubleshoot application issues with priority based on system criticality.
- Provide configuration management of all developed software versions.
- Advance state-of-the-art in tools and approaches through R&D and lifecycle processes.
