Job summary

ICF is seeking a motivated 2027 Summer Intern, Software Developer to join our growing technology team. This internship targets students interested in software development, low-code/no-code platforms, process automation, cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities.

As an Intern, you will work with experienced developers to design, configure, develop, test, and deploy technology solutions. You may support Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, or other platforms, and participate in Agile delivery

Qualifications

• By start date, a minimum of 15 completed college-level credit hours.
• Due to federal contract requirements, individuals must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pursuing or planning to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Interest in software development, application development, process automation, cloud technologies, data solutions, or AI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of enterprise software applications and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the creation of workflows, automations, user experiences, business rules, integrations, and application features.
• Participate in software development activities using low-code platforms, configuration tools, and traditional coding practices.
• Assist with application testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge-sharing materials, and project deliverables.
