Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop ETL processes to generate data from different sources to new sources, transforming the needed information.
2. Design solutions for Data Management and implement corrections to existing ETL processes.
3. Develop software to Extract, Transform, and Load data.
4. Correct and improve ETL and reporting processes already implemented in the production environment.
5. Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities.

Technical Skills:

• 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Proficiency with programming tools such as SQL, Java SE, Maven, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Git, Spring Core, Spring Data, Apache CXF.
• Experience with Shell scripting and tools like Informatica Power Center, R, Python, Oracle DB R12, PLSQL, Tableau.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Impala, Hive, HBase, MapReduce, Cloudera CDH5.
• Web development experience with JSP, JavaScript, HTML5, Angular.js, D3.js, JSF, Web Services, EJB, WebLogic.

Other Skills/Background:

• Understanding of trends in information security, risk management, web architectures, and cloud computing.
• Ability to communicate security and risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience interfacing with business and technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience with security automation, logging, data aggregation, and analysis.
• Strong general technology background and understanding of PCI compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience with business process reengineering, IT solutions, and project teams.
• Proficiency in reports, dashboards, and documentation preparation.
• Proactive, self-taught, innovative, creative, team-oriented, analytical, results-oriented.
• Organized and analytically minded, able to work under pressure.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT Management.
