Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and strong production-system ownership.
• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, and TypeScript; cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features and small systems end-to-end with production-grade quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, security, and risk to define acceptance criteria and controls.
• Apply responsible-AI practices and guardrails in a regulated environment.
• Design AI-enabled systems using AWS Bedrock and Terraform.
