What You’ll Get To Do

• Design and build scalable full‑stack software that greatly reduces manual effort, improves quality, and creates an engaging implementation experience for customers and internal teams.
• Use AI tools as part of your engineering stack and workflow to move faster and work smarter; experience implementing solutions that leverage generative and non‑generative AI models is a bonus.
• Build across services, APIs, and modern web applications, integrating with operational, reporting, and end‑user systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into thoughtful technical solutions.
• Generate, write, and review clean, maintainable code, contribute to code reviews, and help raise quality through testing and sound engineering practices.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools effectively and responsibly to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, and design exploration.

Skills And Experience We Value

• Professional experience as a software engineer building production software with C# and .NET.
• Experience with modern web technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue, with full‑stack development preferred.
• Strong grounding in object‑oriented design, data structures, testing, and building maintainable, reliable software.
• Comfort working across multiple systems and services, with the ability to evaluate trade‑offs and make steady progress on well‑scoped work.
• AI fluency in day‑to‑day engineering work, including hands‑on experience using AI tools in your stack and workflow; bonus points for experience implementing solutions that leverage generative and non‑generative AI models.
• Clear communication, collaborative instincts, and a mindset of continuous learning, curiosity, and improvement that drives the success of the scrum process.
