Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking a Software Developer I for our Corporate IT team, based in Canton, MA with hybrid schedule options across multiple offices (Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC). You will work with stakeholders, product owners, and agile team members to design, build and test software solutions that align with business requirements.

We currently have an opportunity for a Software Developer I to join our Corporate IT team based in our Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC offices on a hybrid schedule. This job is responsible for working closely with stake holders, product owners, and agile team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. The Software Developer will be tasked with building defined features, writing tests, and fully participating in the agile process. Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires; however, your recruiter will provide more specific compensation details during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $66,000 - $92,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Washington DC; our Massachusetts based offices and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $83,000 - $96,000.
