Job description

Join our Network Infrastructure “Centre of Innovation” team at Nokia, where you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with product experts and solution architects, you’ll implement end-to-end use cases for Generative AI chatbots and predictive care automation, enabling both external telecom operator customers and internal Nokia teams to thrive. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, fostering innovation through hands-on development of cloud-native analytics applications and machine learning tools. You'll engage with modern technologies such as LLMs, big data, and advanced automation platforms, all while working in an agile setting that values creativity and proactivity. Your contributions will help shape the future of care automation and data analytics, making a significant global impact.

Qualifications

You have:

  • BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, and writing SQL/NoSQL queries.
  • Familiarity with web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js).
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models, Generative AI, and ChatGPT.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with frameworks for LLM application development like LangChain.
  • Performance tuning and scalability experience of LLM/AI systems and experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product experts and solution architects to implement end-to-end use cases for Care Applications and LLM-powered assistants.
  • Develop innovative Generative AI Chatbots and automation features utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Build and enhance predictive care solutions, including network monitoring tools and case handling automation.
  • Engage in full-stack development for in-house tools, leveraging cloud-native analytics applications.
  • Create and optimize Python scripts to automate data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks for global care engineers.
  • Conduct database management, including writing SQL/NoSQL queries for relational and non-relational databases.
  • Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern CI/CD workflows within the team.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional growth of the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
