Job summary

Dexian in Brookfield, WI seeks a dynamic Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications. You will help transform legacy systems into scalable microservices while leveraging AI tools and modern frameworks.

You will collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment, require excellence in Java 21, Spring Boot, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker and Kubernetes, and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab. Onsite availability 3 days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Python applications using FastAPI and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and database design.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like OAuth2, JWT, Active Directory, and TLS.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs and microservices
