Ethos, a London-founded AI tooling company, is seeking experienced software developers to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, sheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible scheduling, targeting 5–20 hours per week and an $80/hr rate.

We require 4+ years in software/data/AI roles, plus strong ability to document design tradeoffs, data pipelines, and model readiness while communicating clearly to engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

About the role

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced software developers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We’re looking for software developers with 4+ years building software, AI/ML systems, or data infrastructure in a professional engineering or data role to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
