Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Expert Software Engineer in Arlington, VA with 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, cloud modernization, and DevOps. The role includes leading projects, designing solutions with Python, NodeJS, Angular, and C#, and migrating legacy systems to the cloud.

Responsibilities also cover CI/CD, system monitoring with Splunk and Grafana, and producing comprehensive documentation. A TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Hands-on experience with secure systems engineering, systems integration, and reverse engineering.

• Experience with cloud technologies. Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, and diagramming applications.
• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and DevOps practices.
• Background in on-call support and operational monitoring of critical systems.

Compensation Details

$225,000.00 - $235,000.00
