Responsibilities

• Support and manage ERP systems (including Banner modules).
• Oversee real-time and batch data integrations between system components.
• Monitor and report on system performance and usage.
• Maintain and update web-based applications, including patches and upgrades.
• Ensure system security and data integrity across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and respond to technical support requests from users.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects and system improvements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development (minimum 20 hours annually).
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
