Noblis is seeking an experienced Software Developer with an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph to support mission‑critical national security initiatives in Reston, Virginia.
As a Software Developer on our team, you will collaborate with federal clients to rapidly design and deliver innovative solutions that address their most pressing mission challenges. You will work with a team of other developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop new applications and integrate new solutions on existing applications.
In this role, you will analyze client challenges and develop effective technical solutions by evaluating and applying modern tools, technologies, and best practices. You will design and build a variety of applications while contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including programming, debugging, testing, and deployment.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract‑specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on‑call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
