Are you a skilled developer based in LATAM looking to join a high-impact global tech team?

We are currently seeking a proactive and talented Software Developer to join a leading IT development firm that delivers cutting-edge solutions to some of the top Oil & Gas companies worldwide. This is a remote, full-time position focused on building and maintaining high-quality software that supports critical operations in a highly specialized industry.

As part of this team, you will contribute to robust, cloud-based platforms used by global clients, participating in the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with experienced professionals across international projects.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with team leads, internal stakeholders, and clients to define and refine technical and operational requirements
• Design software solutions that are reliable, secure, efficient, and easy to maintain
• Write and test high-quality code based on architectural guidelines
• Participate in estimating efforts and design review sessions
• Conduct unit and system-level testing to ensure code functionality
• Contribute to product test planning, documentation, and issue resolution
• Review code from team members and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in research and self-directed projects during Team Week
• Stay current with industry trends by attending workshops and engaging with professional networks

What You Have

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Software Developer
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and C#
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Framework
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms ( AWS , Google Cloud )
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and ORM tools
• Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM , Inversion of Control , etc. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Desired Skills

• Experience with WPF or other client-side application development
• Knowledge of unit testing and functional testing in C# and/or React
• Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , or other container/microservices tools
• Strong technical writing and design documentation abilities
• Industry experience in Oil and Gas is a plus
• Exposure to or experience with AI technologies is a plus
