Job summary

AnyDesk is seeking a talented C++ Software Developer to build performant, scalable, and robust software systems. Work on core components and cross-platform features within an international engineering team and take ownership of key projects affecting millions of users.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and push boundaries in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in C++ development (professional or private).
• Solid understanding of computer architecture, memory management, and low-level programming.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-driven and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to write clean, portable code.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and maintain high-quality software components in C++.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Be the developer that other developers can count on and ask for advice.
• Play a key role in business-critical projects in various areas of development (Client, Back-end, Research and others).

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Strong experience in C++ development (professional or private)
• Solid understanding of computer architecture, memory management, and low-level programming
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and portable code
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively
• Passion for building robust and scalable software
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience managing large scale systems
• Developed and deployed software that has been used in real world applications
• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing
• Previous experience in other programming languages
